HGTV's "That's
Clever"
Update: I got word from the producer that the show was on hiatus and plans to return January 2009. I certainly hope to be able to tell you good news soon!
I was one of the very lucky local Houston artists chosen to be a featured artist on HGTV's "That's Clever" show. The filming took place in the first week of May 2007. The camera crew was local and the producer and director came out from California. We spent 6 long hours filming what will be reduced to around 10 minutes of air time. If you aren't familiar with the show it features 3 artists who show you how to make 3 different art projects in a 30 minute program. My first project was to show you how to make my dragonfly lapel pin. I will return at the end of the program for a second project, my clay/beaded bookmark. I haven't recieved an air date as of yet for when my program will air but it is labeled HCLVR-504. Check back often to see when it will be.
